What's going on with the vines?

As a estate winery we also take on the role of the grower, so we are constantly working with the vines in an attempt to produce the best fruit we possibly can.  So to give you a sense of what really goes on throughout the growing season, we decided it might be fun to explain exactly what we are doing and when we're doing it.

Well, winter is here and the vines have settled in for their winter slumber.  This means it's time to work on any odd jobs we put off during the growing season, do repairs, or make adjustments that will hopefully increase quality and efficiency!
